This past week has been a tale of new beginnings for me. Today marks one week exactly from the first day of the rest of my life! For those who don’t know, up until recently I worked part-time as a designer for a signage company. Last week I decided to take a leap of faith to pursue my career in photography full time!
This isn’t something I decided on a whim, this is something that had been on my mind for quite some time. 100% fear runs through me, but it also drives me and I wholeheartedly love what I do for a job. From a young age I always saw myself in a creative job. It was something I knew could be possible for me. I like to say that I come from a creative family. By that I don’t mean we are immersed in the Art world, but we enjoy creating things. Art has always been a solid path for me, it’s something I’ve always enjoyed and wanted to do.
It’s taken a while to trust both my heart and head in taking this huge step, but I am so excited to see what the future has in store for my little business. I am so thankful and grateful to all my past, present and future clients. Thank you for helping me get to where I am today. I truly could not have got to this stage without you!
