FAQ’s

Where is it?
My studio is located in Ballygowan, Co. Down on a first-floor premises with no wheelchair access. The full address will be emailed to you after securing your booking.

What is included?
A 20-minute studio session

This is a session for siblings and parents only (book a session for each household if you would like cousins/friends photographed together).

This year, due to how close I am doing the sessions to the Christmas holidays I am only offering digitals sized to 12×8 inches. Packages below will be purchased after your session.

Who is the session for?
These sessions are ideal from around 6 months and up (preferably if the little one is sitting on their own). If your little one cannot sit unaided please come prepared to be in the photographs. Each time slot is dedicated to individual households of siblings and parents (if you would like to get in a few photos).

If you wish to have cousins/friends photographed together you must book a session for each household to ensure we have plenty of time to photograph all children individually and together. Please email me to let me know. A maximum of two adults are allowed at each time slot.

What to wear?
I would suggest to go with festive tones such as red/burgundy or green or neutral colours such as white, cream, beige, tan, rust. Avoid any other colours that have not been listed and stay away from novelty characters or outfits for your session.

There is no time for outfit changes or to change on arrival – please arrive in the studio with your children dressed.

When will my images be ready?
You will be emailed a watermarked online gallery of your proof edited images with 72 hours of your session. Orders must be places on or before December 15th 2023 to ensure delivery before Christmas. The sooner your place and pay for your order the sooner your order will be available. Your chosen portraits will be emailed to you via a download link with expires after 7 days.

When should I arrive?
Please come on time to your session – arrive no earlier than 5 minutes. If you arrive late to your session your session time will be shortened. As these sessions are back to back there is no wiggle room. Please note, if coming via the Ballygowan road from Belfast there are currently road works during the week from 9.30am-4.30pm. Plan your route ahead of your journey to the studio and give plenty of time if needed.

Cancellations/No shows
Your session fee is non-refundable and cannot be changed to a different time or date. If you do not show up you will loose your slot and session fee.
