Booking

• Be sure to choose the correct session type, time slot, and date — these cannot be changed.

• Session fees are non-refundable.

Pricing
This year I’ve created simple, inclusive packages. To secure your booking, a £25 deposit is required. This will be deducted from your chosen package. The remaining balance is due on the day of your session (cash or bank transfer).

If, after viewing your gallery, you’d love more images than your package includes, you’ll have the option to upgrade your package.

FAQ’s

Where is it located?
My cosy studio is based in Ballygowan, Co. Down (first floor, no wheelchair access). You’ll find the full address on Google maps. It will also be emailed to you.

What is included?

• A 20-minute studio session

• An online gallery to view and order your portraits

👉 Please note: sessions are for siblings and parents only. If you’d like cousins or friends photographed together, each household will need to book their own time slot. Please book time slots one after the other.

When will my images be ready?
You’ll receive a watermarked online gallery of proof-edited images within 72 hours of your session. Orders must be placed no later than December 7th, 2025 to guarantee Christmas delivery. The earlier you order, the sooner your portraits will be ready! Your final images will be delivered by download link (available for 7 days).

Who is the session for?

• Santa sessions: perfect for all ages!

• Christmas sessions (without Santa): best suited for babies 6+ months (ideally when they can sit on their own). If your little one can’t yet sit unaided, you’ll need to join them in the photos.

Each slot is for siblings and up to two adults from the same household. If you’d like cousins/friends photographed together, book back-to-back slots for each family so we have enough time for both individual and group photos.

What to wear?

When should I arrive?

• Please arrive on time, but no earlier than 5 minutes before your session.

• Late arrivals will result in a shorter session, as bookings run back-to-back.

• Plan your route ahead and allow extra travel time if needed.

Cancellations/No shows

• Session fees are non-refundable.

• Once booked, sessions cannot be transferred to another date or time if slots are sold out.

• No-shows will lose their booking and session fee.
